Qualification
MBA(Marketing)/ BBA (Marketing)
Experience
1-year experience in sales Preferred With technical background
Strong Communication skills
Duties:
- Provide customer service to existing and new customers.
- Work to build customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through one on one communications by phone, in person and by e-mail.
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and /or e-mail
- Utilize proper telephone etiquette at all times.
- Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm at all times.
- Ability to effectively handle customer service issues.
- Be familiar with all product information.
- capable of managing different projects simultaneously and prioritizing them.
- Capable of both taking direction and working independently.
