Web Designer Full Time

Job Description

• Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive web pages.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and other team members to ensure designs align with project goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable HTML and CSS code.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and troubleshoot layout issues.
• Implement design standards and follow best practices in web styling and layout.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate modern design techniques into projects.
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 with a strong understanding of web standards.
• Experience with responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS).
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of basic JavaScript and how it integrates with HTML and CSS (preferred).
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and their impact on web design.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Prior experience working with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal.
